COMMEZZADURA - August 4th
Of course the Land of Mountain Biking couldn’t just host international events…we’ve also got great national events.
Val di Sole, the home of international biking events, and a whole lot more…literally 4 times the excitement with back to back 4X competitions in August!
After hosting the 4X World Championships in July, the 4X track in Commezzadura will also host the 4X Italian Championship.
Numerous athletes will challenge each other in a spectacular competition on the world champ track in Commezzadura, where Caroline Buchanan and Mitja Ergaver won the rainbow jersey.
4X mountain biking competitions use an elimination format between 4 bikers as they race down a track filled with jumps, obstacles and berms that are similar to ski cross.
