This page provides the guidelines to be granted the accreditation for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Finals in Val di Sole (TN | ITALY).
At the bottom of the page all the news and press releases will be available together with the links to the provided media material.
To apply for accreditation for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Finals on the 22nd-23rd of August, Val di Sole, please complete the specific form online not later than the 10th of August 2015.
Media freelancers and all those without a valid press ID or without the AIPS card are kindly requested to submit, together with the application form, a written confirmation by the editorial board stating their qualification as journalists/photographers/video-makers and their assignment as event reporters for the specific media outlet.
Completion of the application form does not guarantee accreditation. Submitting specific details about the media coverage planned for the Val di Sole event will facilitate the review of the credentials to grant the accreditation.

The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup is an event with restricted television rights. Any accreditation request presented by video-makers and TV / Broadcast operators to produce video content for media features, for commercial use or for team promotion, has to be directly approved by the UCI responsible Susanne Lenz: susanne.lenz@uci.ch.
There are a few filming restrictions that are stated by the official UCI regulations document 2015 Filming Regulation that can be found here.
Once the accreditation has been granted, the media pass will be available for collection as of Wednesday 19th of August 2015, at the accreditation desk in the press room. For media arriving Saturday and Sunday the media pass will be available for collection at the Vip Accreditation Office located at the entrance of the main team area.
The Press Room, located at the first floor of the UCI Building, will be accessible only to media pass holders and it will be open between Wednesday 19th of August 2015 and Sunday 23rd of August 2015, with the following schedule:
Wednesday 19th August: 12.00 – 18.00
Thursday 20th August: 08.00 – 21.00
Friday 21st August: 08.00 – 22.00
Saturday 22nd August: 08.00 – 22.30
Sunday 23rd August: 08.00 – 21.00
