All stand must be rectangular or square. Stands will normally adjoin other stands, so if vehicles are included in the stand space, then you must book enough space to remove the vehicles without affecting neighbouring stands.

The ground surface of the area is gravel, asphalt or grass.

Booking received after June 5th, 2018 (11:59 pm) will be subjected to a 250 € late booking fee.

Booking of Space and confirmation:
Also obligation to pay on site: if only partial or no use of the space booked or early departure.

Payment

Bookings will be confirmed only after the payment has been received.
No payment = No stand

On behalf of the named company, I confirm this booking to exhibit at the 2018 UCI MTB World Cup DHI - XCO & UCI 4x World Championship and authorize payment as per details above

Notes

  • PAYMENT: advanced payment is required
  • EARLY REGISTRATION = best locations/space
  • CANCELLATION:
    Before June 5th 2018 (11:59 pm) = 50% of the total amount will be refunded
    After June 5th 2018 (11:59 pm) = a refund will not be provided

Bookings will not be accepted after June 11th,2018 (11:59 pm)
It is not possible to dismantle your stand before 5 pm on July 8th, 2018 or a 250 € fine will be issued.

Water A dedicated bike wash area is supplied.It's not allowed to wash bike at the team & expo area.
Security Overnight securityis provided on the venue by organiser July 5th – 8th,2018. The security team will be roaming the team/teach/expo village.
Tickets ELITE TEAM: will get 5 passes (valid for the visitors-area) free of charge on your arrival at the Team & Expo Area registration.
OTHERS TEAM: will get 3 passes (valid for the visitors-area) free of charge on your arrival at the Team & Expo Area registration.
