REGULATION 2018:

Anything not specified in this regulation is subject to the official rules of the Italian Cicling Federation 2017 and UCI.

REGISTRATION FEE:

The fee will NOT be refunded in case of cancellation or posticipation of the race.

CHANGE RACE TRACK CHOSEN:

You can change the track until June 16th. After June 16th, it will not be possible to change the route/race that you have chosen to participate.

CATEGORIES:

Course World Cup 70km:

OPEN MALE (ELITE-UNDER 23)
OPEN FEMALE (ELITE-UNDER 23)
MASTER MALE (ELITE SPORT M1-M2-M3-M4-M6)
MASTER FEMALE (ELITE SPORT DONNE-MASTER WOMAN 1,2)
NOT LICENSED participants must be at least 19 years old and be in possession of a medical certificate to take part in the race. They have to send an e-mail to bike@valdisole.net. Junior category isn't allowed to take part in the race.

Course Race 35 km:

OPEN MALE (ELITE-UNDER 23)
OPEN FEMALE (ELITE-UNDER 23)
JUNIOR MALE/FEMALE
MASTER MALE (ELITE SPORT M1-M2-M3-M4-M6 OVER)
MASTER FEMALE (ELITE SPORT DONNE-MASTER WOMAN 1,2)

Élite, Under 23, Juniores, Open Women e VIP guest;
STARTING GRID (VALUE):
After the Vip Start, the first 10 bikers Top Class and the first 50 classified in the edition 2017 - the Fedeli Mallet - the first 3 category leaders of each circuit;
STARTING GRID RESERVED FOR THE CIRCUIT MEMBERS:
Reserved to members of "Trentino Mountain Bike 2017"
STARTING GRID RESERVED TO SKI INSTRUCTORS
LAST STARTING GRID: based on the date of the registrations

RESPONSABILITY:

All participants in the Val di Sole Marathon participate at their own risk. The enrolment, even if done by a third party on one’s behalf, infers and provides that the participant accepts to waive any right, direct, or of third parties, against the Organising Committee and all individuals or organisations involved in the event. Furthermore, by enrolling in the event the participant declares to be sufficiently in form to face the challenge required to complete the race.

TIMING SERVICE:

The timing service will be provided by SMS (Winning Time) Athlets must have the CHIP WINNING TIME in order to be classificated.

The chip has to be valid for the year 2018. Chips are avaiable for day rent the day of the race.

SHOWERS/SERVICE:

At the arrival: warm showers, wc, bike wash. Map.

CATERING:

Pasta party included in the registration fee at the arrival (open also to no racers).

LICENSE CHECK:

At the old train station Malè

saturday 17.00 - 18.00 ( amateur )
sunday 7.00 - 8.30 (amateur and agonistic)

TECHNICAL REUNION:

Saturday, July 14th at 7.00 pm at the town of Malé

PARKING:

Free car park near the start zone

CAMPER AREA:

Free camping area (not served) near the start zone: view the map .

CHECK POINTS:

The organization will set some chip check points controls on the course. Any biker who fail the controls will be classified as "control fail" in the results.

GATE CLOSING:

Gate closing at 13.00 (at the Rifugio Orso Bruno). If a participant passes the gates after the fixed maximum times the overseer appointed will remove the start number. After that time there will be no medical support guaranteed.

USE OF IMAGE:

By the fact of be registered the athlets authorize the Organization to use any picture, video or any other kind of audiovisual material they may appear in and accept the publication of their name in the race’s ranking, in the media and/or on the Internet, without expecting any payment, economic reward or payback, on this matter.
