The history of MTB in Val di Sole is relatively short - the first edition in 2008 and what an edition, of the World Championships - but nevertheless the aces of Cross Country have already written many pages between the World Cup and the other championships.
The single-track trails of Val di Sole are the fiefdom of Nino Schurter, who has dominated this corner of Trentino nine times between World Cups and World Championships, but we must not forget the success of Mathieu Van der Poel in 2019 or the final duel between Jolanda Neff and Pauline Ferrand-Prèvot in the same edition. And then there are the Italian athletes, with Martina Berta in second place behind Puck Pieterse in 2023.
A natural course of about 4 km with a difference in altitude of 190 metres will challenge the competitors. Boulders, roots, natural supports, spectacle, adrenaline and XCO-gravity passages are the key elements of the loop in the Daolasa Bike Park in Commezzadura
