Jackson Goldstone (Santa Cruz Syndicate) was the fastest rider in the Val di Sole Downhill qualifiers, stopping the clock at 3:42.221. The 2023 Black Snake champion led the field ahead of Australia’s Troy Brosnan (Canyon Factory Team), who placed second with a time of 3:42.824, and France’s Loic Bruni (Specialized Gravity), third in 3:43.987.
In the Elite Women’s category, two-time European Champion Monika Hrastnik (AON Racing) posted the fastest time in the Q1 qualifying round. The Slovenian rider tackled the Black Snake with precision, finishing in 4:15.135.
Just behind her was World Champion Valentina Höll (YT Mob), second in 4:16.052, with Canada’s Gracey Hemstreet (Norco Race) taking third in 4:16.447.
In the Junior qualifying rounds, the Alran twins dominated the men’s competition, with Max ahead of Till. Meanwhile, Austria’s Rosa Zierl (Cube Factory Racing) was the standout performer in the women’s race.
