The dedication to the Trentino area is the basis of chef Giovanni Santoni's commitment, always looking for seasonal products, preferably of local origin. Particular attention is paid to organic ingredients and fresh vegetables. The menus are careful and varied to meet every taste and need (there are proposals for celiacs and vegetarians). The selection of Trentino and Italian wines managed directly by Maître Luigi is very careful. The appetizing barbecues and picnic snacks in the garden are particularly appreciated.
