To obtain the VISA you need to send an official request on letterhead by your National federation with the signature of the President to this email addresses: g.cecconato@federciclismo.it and bike@visitvaldisole.it
On the letter you must indicate:
• Name and surname
• date of birth
• passport number
• uci licence number
• role or job position (as rider, coach, massage therapist, ecc).
• Race calendar
• Where you will stay in Italy (name of the Hotel and location during your stay in Italy)
Otherwise you must declare that all the expenses will be paid by your federation.
Visa requests must be received at least 15 days before the event, it will no longer be possible to request a visa after this date.
