A farmhouse dedicated to hospitality (there are two apartments and four rooms in the structure) and respect for quality raw materials that come directly from the farm itself. Agritur Solasna, located in the small village of San Giacomo di Caldes in Val di Sole, welcomes you in a typical mountain farmhouse. On the ground floor, the characteristic restaurant offers traditional dishes such as soups, spätzle, canederli, strangolapreti and potato pies. The second courses change often, but there is never a lack of typical alpine meats, such as baked pork shank, pontesel tuck or ribs. Vegan and vegetarian menus are also available. Of note is Groppello, a wine produced from very ancient native grapes grown only in these areas.
