Overlooking the Azzurra di Folgarida slope in the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta ski area, "Il Grill" is the open-air restaurant of the Hotel Alaska. Here, from 12 to 15.30, you can make a stop during the ski to taste the typical Trentino cuisine and the intense flavor of fabulous grills: all the high-quality meat is exposed, cut and cooked at the moment to compose fragrant and substantial dishes usually accompanied by cheese, vegetables, mushrooms and polenta.
