The downhill track in Val di Sole is a natural trail very technical and phisical, please take a proper track walk before riding and have a good warm up too.
Take in cosideration that the Italian National Federation require the following safety gears:
In case of neck brace it is possible not to wear the back protector, failure to comply with gear regulations will result: forbidden to participate.

The registration fee is € 130,00 pro person. The fee includes race packet and the use of the lift.
In case of major force the race should be cancelled or postponed the registration fee will not be refunded.
The DHI Masters UCI World Championships are open to athletes who have a license or Masters Licence but do not have an Elite licence and who have no UCI ranking points.
The winners of each age group are awarded a World Champion rainbow jersey.

At your arrival you will have to collect at the accreditation center stickers for your veicoles, you will not have access at the team (located at the venue) area without stickers.
You will get a ticket to access at the gondola for all the period at the accreditation, during training and race you will be able to access showing your bike plate number.

The masters dh World Champs track will be on the Steep Snake in the bike park Commezzadura! The start and the arrival will be the same of the Elite DH World Champs, and the central part will be on the right part of the lift.

Access to tracks:
To access to the path races : downhill you have to enter from the main entrance and follow the signs. We reccomend to reach the 'VIEW POINT HOT-SPOT', the most spectacular spots. Crossing the course is only possible at the 'CROSSING POINT' and please remember to obey signs and marshal directions. Whistle's marshal indicate the arrival of the rider.

The course starts at a height of 1400 m, then down to a height of 800m at the finish area, therefore the best thing to do is to take the gondola lift up to the middle station and then walk down alongside the track, in order to see all of the different sections of the track right down to the finish area. Boots or hiking boots and comfortable sports apparel are highly recommended. For those who want to walk up alongside the course you must follow the directions displayed and the trails in the wood. About half way along the course, you will find a kiosk with music where you can quench your thirst.
What to dress and what to bring:
We recommend that you wear boots or hiking boots, and to take a hat with you just in case it's very sunny. Wearing layers of comfortable clothing is appropriate in nearly all weather conditions. If you want an autograph from your favorite athletes, take everything you need with you and don't forget your camera.
