In Fucine di Ossana in Val di Sole, it is located in a wing of the Hotel Santoni, the Locanda de Fusine.

Giovanni Santoni, the Chef of the house, is always looking for seasonal products, preferably from Trentino and from controlled crops. He pays particular attention to organic products and fresh vegetables with which he offers the vegetable buffet for both lunch and dinner.

The menus are prepared and varied depending on the season and for those with special needs, the Chef also offers menus for celiacs and vegetarians.

Each menu is accompanied by a selected selection of Trentino and Italian wines, suggested and served by the Maitre d 'amily Luigi who never lacks a smile or a nice joke, but does not lose sight of the professionalism acquired in his studies and years of experience.

The appetizing barbecues in the garden adjacent to the hotel and the picnic snacks during the afternoon walks are particularly appreciated.

Another passion of the Chef and the Santoni Family is the Catering service, which is mainly developed in Val di Sole.
