Inside an old farmhouse renovated in a rustic but elegant style, this restaurant is managed by a family of enthusiasts dedicated to good food while respecting tradition. Shaped by the founder Arrigo and now largely managed by his sons Roberto and Gianpaolo, Maso Burba offers typical but never banal dishes. These include potato bundles stuffed with cockerel, chickpeas with veal sauce, Trentino apple tartare and puffed polenta, potato gnocchi, deer saddle in celeriac puree and chickpeas, as well as desserts, among which we remember above all the cake of fregolotti and apples with cream ice cream.
